Cuando llegamos al hotel, la habitación con las características de mi reserva, no estaba disponible, pues nos asignaron otra que no cumplía. Tras algunas horas, desde la recepción nos pidieron hacer un cambio a otra habitación que sí tenía las características solicitadas. Pero esa habitación solo era para la primera noche, porque a la mañana siguiente teniamos que cambiar a otra habitacion (la tercera en menos de 24 horas!). La justificación fue un problema interno del hotel de asignación de habitaciones. Al entrar en la tercera habitación, en seguida vimos que había un problema de fontanería muy grave: el tubo de lavabo del baño estaba roto y toda el agua caía en el suelo. Es imposible que el hotel desconociese semejante avería porque era muy evidente y hasta el mueble del baño estaba hinchado, a demostración que se trataba de una avería que llevaba tiempo. Finalmente tuve que exigir otra habitación aunque no estaban de primeras dispuestos a ofrecernos una solución adecuada. Pésima gestión

Hallo also - Wir waren eigentlich nur 5 Tage hier Hatte dann aber vor Ort verlängert Das Personal is mega freundlich Das Hostel super gelegen Direkt am Hafen Woanders funktioniert problemlos Sauberkeit ist top Es wird gerade alles fertig renoviert und erneuert Ich hatte das billigste und auch einfachste Zimmer Ok - bin da scho. Etwas erschrocken da es echt mini war Aber allein mit Kleinem Kind braucht man keinen Luxus Es wird mlr vor Ort ein besseres Zimmer angeboten mit minimalen Aufpreis , hatte ich aber abgelehnt. Frühstück ist einfach aber ok Auf der Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf den Hafen in den sich an einen Tag sogar ein Delfin verirrt hatte - Highlight Bars Restaurants sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe Und preislich ist es wirklich top

Det var väääääldigt lyhört inte bara utifrån utan inifrån hostelet också. Personalen var jätte trevlig och tyvärr är det inte deras fel att det är så lyhört! Det ligger jätte nära stranden vilket var skönt men lite för tunna väggar för min smak bara!

Básico y bien situado

Hostal básico a precio razonable. La habitación (sin baño) estaba limpia, pero faltaban cosas básicas como una percha o un espejo. El baño compartido siempre estuvo limpio y libre pero faltaba luz, realmente oscuro. Muy bien situado frente al puerto y la playa. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien y el personal fue agradable.

A very peaceful and very comfortable property surrounded by friendly welcoming people everywhere. The local bars serve delicious food and drink and there are THE most incredible walks roundabouts. Embrace Mallorca AND Menorca and YOU will be happy and make the lovely locals even happier than they always try to be. Salud, amigoes. Bueno suerte.

Basic and inexpensive

Entrance to hotel is right along the waterfront between stores. I checked in late and nobody was at reception at the time. They left the keys out for me on a billboard with my room #. Was convenient. I didn’t have any problems sleeping. Price was super inexpensive, can’t complain.

Hotel with a great location

Our room was quite small but functional. WiFi was excellent. Location of the hotel is great as there are beach and all services and restaurants near. Breakfast is served at the restaurants downstairs. It included only coffee, small juice and a sandwich. There was no staff (owner) at the hotel the day we arrived, and we didn't get coupons for the breakfast.

Für eine Nacht okay, wer nicht viel Schlaf braucht

Leider ist das Hostel sehr hellhörig. Schlafen war dadurch nur bedingt möglich. Ausstattung war okay, jedoch kam mir das Bettlaken nicht frisch gewaschen vor. Im Bad roch es aus dem Abfluss und in der Dusche habe ich kleine Würmer (Maden?) gefunden.

Super schönes Hostel. Vergleichsweise sauber zu Hotels in deutlich höherer Preisklasse. Anders wie in der Hotelbeschreibung bei Expedia hat das Vista Alegre KEINEN Zimmersafe. Außerdem ist die Dusche fast unmöglich winzig (jede Bewegung schaltet das Wasser ab oder ändert die Temperatur). Das sind aber schon die einzigen negativen Punkte. Rosi ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, spricht gutes Englisch. Man sollte immer sehen, was man bucht. Für ein Hostel und für den Preis ist der Service Super, das Hotel super gelegen und zum nur übernachten sehr gut geeignet.
