Went for a couples holiday. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the old town. Slept on a comfortable bed and enjoyed an amazing breakfast at the hotel every morning. Rooms were clean and staff polite. Would stay here again happily.

The hotel is good value for money. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good selection for breakfast. The pool area is well maintained and the spa is nice. Good for a short cycling holiday

It has a convenient service for bicycles with a service stand, washing machine, and tools. the breakfast is excellent considering the price of the stay. The rooms are a bit old and need some cosmetic renovation. however there is a balcony and a great pool! in general, I recommend it

MUST stay

Check in was welcoming, efficient & I was given a complimentary glass of the best Champagne. The hotel offers EVERYTHING! Cozy bed, beautiful balcony, clean room, AC, fridge, shampoo conditioner soap hair dryer etc. within two minutes walk of every restaurant, convenience store, shopping, coffee shop and bar. 4 minutes walk to water front. Gorgeous pools with ample loungers. FREE, FULL, massive breakfast that was delicious! For the price point- I won’t stay any where else in Alcudia.

This hotel is well located for the centre of Port d’Alcudia which has an easy bus connection to Alcudia itself. The rooms are clean and large, though one of our party had to ask to change rooms due to issues, but the hotel is quite large and functional and lacking in character. The area is quite built up. Also be aware that one half of the hotel lacks any lift and even ground floor rooms require stairs. We really only stayed here to access the ferry port early in the morning.

Staff serviceminded Free parking is on a public parking lot where it is nearly impossible to find space Small bathroom with lack of amenities No water bottle No slippers  They demand personal informations to use internet Breakfast is fine but the breakfast room is very noisy Guests are allowed to reserve sun chairs, so it is not easy to find a free.

Very good, clean and tidy hotel with a decent pool and smaller plunge pool. Only had breakfast, but it was good quality and plentiful. Staff are very helpful. Free pool towels when you arrive, but note there is not a kettle or tea making facilities in the room only option we had. The safe in the room is also charged extra at €15 per week. Public parking across the road from the hotel is free, but you may need to drive around a few times in order to find a space. Avoid the people with yellow hiviz who will guide you to spaces unless you are struggling, as they are not parking attendants and will expect a tip!!! Seafront is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and restaurants and bars are plentiful along the way. Sun beds on the beach are run by the local authority and cost €18.20 per day for two beds and the straw umbrella. In all we had an enjoyable week at the beginning of July, with the hotel as described and in a good location if you don't mind being a couple of streets back from the beach.

Positive: close to the beach, nice breakfast and dinner (dinner buffet for 16.50 per person), helpful staff. Negative: very noisy at late evening and from 7am, everyone banging with doors like they were born in a cave. There was a roach in our room once, and one night we couldn't sleep because of some insect making loud noice like fire alarm. Not very comfortable beds.

Nice internal facilities, but pool area surrounded by buildings hence very overlooked, excellent buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own PRIVATE car park, or even a drop off area for parking whilst checking in. There is a public one adjacent, but very full and you need to drive around it until a space becomes vacant. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel !
