Perfect base for hiking tours

We had wonderful holidays, Nelly and Luc are such delightful hosts, we really felt like home at their lovely house. The surrounding is just peaceful, no noise, just silence. In combination with the clear fresh air and the comfortable bed a guarantee for a good and recreative sleep. Our bathroom had lots of space and everything was in mint condition and clean. Just to say something negativ: it was quite dark in the room because it is west-sided, but as we only stayed in there at night, it didn't matter at all. The breakfast is perfect, we couldn't think of anything we missed. Dinner was really tasty as well and we also enjoyed the possibility of having a cold, good local beer in the evening. It is a perfect base to superb hiking-tours, but you could easily go from there to the beach or for example to Murcia as well. We can only recommand Casa Bons Aires.

quiet country getaway

Really beautiful Spanish house up in the mountains of the national park. Luc and Nelly are great hosts with lovely fresh food and a great honesty bar. Given you’re a way from main towns this is a bonus although Alcoi is only 20 minutes drive. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The outside pool was great in the 36• heat and the ambience at night with the twinkly lights and great mountain views was stunning. A great place to stay and thoroughly recommend for peace and relaxation with only 6 other adults even at full capacity.

Heaven on Earth

Casa Bons Aires is in the perfect location, situated right by the Parc Naturel La Font Roja. The views from there are stunning! Luc and Nelly are just perfect hosts! They really cannot do enough for you. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were in room Llevante, which I believe is the smallest of the rooms, but we still had more than enough room. There is a memory foam mattress on the bed which is super comfortable! The breakfast was superb with cold meats and cheese, toast, pastries, cereals and yoghurt!!! Also eggs cooked for you as well if you wanted! Nelly cooks a 3 course evening meal on request which is lovely but must be reserved 24hrs in advance. Breakfast and dinner is served by the pool (weather permitting) which was lovely. There is an ‘honesty’ bar with drinks and a few snacks available as well. You are only 5mins to the main town of Alcoi where there are many bars and restaurants as well. If you want to go further afield, Alicante is only 50 mins away (expensive and very touristy!) or Valencia is an hour away (lovely and definitely worth the visit). Casa Bon Aires is well worth the visit and us the perfect place to completely relax and unwind. I can THOROUGHLY recommend this place and cannot rate it highly enough. I wish Luc and Nelly all the very best in their new adventure. We will definitely be returning xxx

Excelente casa rural dentro del parque natural de la Font Roja, en las afueras de Alcoy. Cama extragrande muy cómoda. Buenos desayunos. Las propietarias actuales, dos hermanas, son unas excelentes personas.

Relaxing getaway.. beautiful scenery

Located within national park in the mountains the place is private and remote. Great for walking or just relaxing in private. The two sisters provide excellent evening meal that is optional. Local quality cerveza, vino and snacks can be obtained during the day help yourself at reasonable price. Few restaurants near by using your car and nice town of Alocoi if want more choice. Friendly service we both enjoyed our stay.

Desconectar en la montaña

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en Casa Bons Aires. Ya al hablar con Raquel antes de nuestra llegada, supe que la atención y la amabilidad iban a ser máximas. y no nos decepcionó. La casa es sencilla y cómoda, y te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Su filosofía de vida y el estar tan en contacto con la naturaleza, el silencio y el paisaje , hacen que desconectes del ajetreo de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

Beautiful friendly villa set in stunning scenery

High quality villa set in stunning mountain countryside with amazing views. Beautiful rooms, welcoming and friendly atmosphere, lovely sun terrace and pool, great food and drink and very reasonable prices, free wifi. Enjoyed a very relaxing stay here.

Casa rural con servicio buenísimo

Muy recomendable para hacer turismo rural. Ubicado en plena Sierra de la Font Roja que es un espectáculo de bonito. El hotel es una casa amplia para alojarse cómodamente y con un servicio impecable gracias a la buena atención de sus dueñas. Para repetir.
