「The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off...

「The parking was complicated, the staff did not help with luggage. The property pool was mediocre. There wasnt any towel service, it was all self serve. Subpar hotel, 3 stars.」

「Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Welcome-Drink lecker, Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen top (morgens um 3:30 Uhr). Zimmer super sauber und modern, Personal sehr freundlich - und das ehrlich. Ein Naturteich mit Wasserfall hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die (Team)-Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder :D」

Francesco greeted us at the door, showed us to our room, explained everything to us, showed us the pool and parked our car. The room and pool were wonderful. The breakfast the next day was perfect. Total A+ experience.」
