「I disagree with Hotels.com's 4 star rating for this hotel. Insufficient daily necessities in the room. The hot food at the breakfast buffet was poorly prepared, especially the sunny-side-up eggs. The tableware is not clean. Compared to the quality of the food, the price is a bit high. Actually, many breakfast choices nearby the hotel. The location is good. One of the receptionist was helpful. 」

「Loved it! Could hace stayed there a few more days for sure! Excellent location, parking available, walikng distance to just about everything! Laundry conveniently located right across the street, but we did not need to use it. 」

「The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.」
