Unfortunately the location was the biggest problem for us. Felt a bit unsafe and the lock on the door was broken. The room itself was in decent shape but I could tell it had bare minimum cleaning. As we first pulled back the blankets we noticed a lot of hair in the bed which most definitely was not ours. The trash had not been changed either. Felt as if someone walked in, tidied up the bed and said “good enough”. The ladies I spoke to while checking in and checking out were wonderful and very friendly.

They need to disclose the A/C are out as you check in. I asked the front desk if they could look into and they said no maintenance is on duty. I already paid and was no refundable. I survive but to have no AC in the summer time with no warning is a bit ridiculous. The TV was broken as well. Wasn’t that big of need. I used the TV to help fall asleep but of well. Live and learn. The only condolences from the staff, “I will let my manager know!” Beware.

I liked everything but i have 2 separate charges for the stay when I had paid in advance in installments. Also i was aware of the deposit hold which was separate from the 2 charges on my checking account i am disputing.

Very poor service - lobby Smelled bad and was very hot. Front of hotel had damage. Unhoused people all around. Not safe. Do not recommended!

When I got into my room, I noticed a few clumps of something on the floor, I have no idea what it was. There was an opened and half used bar of soap in the shower on the soap holder which was off putting. There was a strange smell in the room. Also the air conditioner kept turning off (not at the temperature that was set, it would just turn off randomly)

My room was clean. The breakfast was pleasant and well prepared, though the building as a whole was a work in progress and so was the surrounding area. The approximate area was a haven for what seemed to be drug abuse as the intoxicated homeless shout at traffic and hang around the inn and surrounding buildings. Nobody want to be asked for a dollar at a gas station only to be shoed when fled off with some jerkey. Stick to your guns in those parts.

The place was very dirty from the front desk to the room. The door lock was not working and they never were able to fix it. Customer service was not good. Will never stay here again.

Online pictures are not what the hotel looks like at all. I was completely deceived. Super outdated, and unsafe. No amenities pool was not in service, was a toxic green color. Security was non existing. Anyone can walk I tot eh hotel as you dont need keys to get in. Did not feel safe at all

I had a terrible experience staying at the Quality Inn in Albuquerque. After driving for 10 hours, I arrived at the hotel around 2:40 PM, but the front desk refused to let me check in until exactly 3:00 PM. I was staying for three nights, and not once did they clean the room or replace towels. I asked twice for fresh towels and never received them—I had to go to the front desk and get them myself. The bathroom was missing soap and shampoo, and even after requesting them, they were never provided. The staff were loud in the early mornings, yelling and chatting through their walkie-talkies right outside the rooms. It made it impossible to rest. The hotel itself is old, poorly maintained, and feels very run-down and rusty. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be staying here again.

This place was really a disappointment. main reason I booked was for a hot tub and they lied to me on the phone saying it was open. Towels were dirty, found other peoples hair in it. Its right next to the highway and all I heard were the loud semis and emergency vehicles. AC system doesnt really work and was sweating all night

One of the gates to the parking area was broken as was the side door to the property that should require a room key by which to enter. There were also dog droppings in the planter near that side entrance.

Telephone did not work. When i spoke with thr front desk clerk about this, she said 50% of the phones do not work. I also mentioned i couldnt get the tv/internet to work. She sent 2 men to the room to figure it out. There were both live & dead ants on the floor in the bedroom. Living room furniture was very worn. I changed hotels the next day.

If you need a place to stay that is near here, this is both a place and there, so yeah. Would I go back, probably not. While annoyed that the staff were eating breakfast while there was very little for the guests (waffles and muffins ran out) the problem is more the quality of guest with their pets leaving their crap everywhere. It smelt terrible outside and you had to watch where you stepped. It was disgraceful that people care so little about what they dogs do. But the furniture inside was dirty and the cigarette burns in the curtains was off putting, again, I think yes the property should have someone spot clean furniture but guests should care more that other people need to use these spaces after them. You pay very little you get very little care from others.
