Service was friendly. Check-in was quick. Fridge & microwave were nice to have. Neighborhood is pretty sketchy. But most downtown areas are. I'd stay here again.
Staff was great but hotel is understaffed. Same great person who checked me in was the same awesome person who checked me out the next day. That's a long shift. It was raining and I did not realize that the canopies had become temporary shelters for homeless escaping the rain. I understand that homelessness is complex and their are personal and community and state issues surrounding the matter and determining how people receive help if they want it, but while I was fine navigating to my room as a solo traveler for business, I would not recommend people's families be here. The door looked like it had a hard life of people trying to force entry. The room had no trashcan. Tile was cracked. I squished a small cockroach in the bathroom. I had to wear earplugs to go to sleep because of road noise and people talking under the canopies while escaping the rain. They were gone in the morning and I understand they are just seeking shelter, but I would not stay here again. 'Breakfast' was some small cookies, yogurt, and bananas. More like a snack bar. I had been hoping for a waffle machine or some cereal. I would have paid less to sleep elsewhere with no breakfast. It just seemed like the hotel has been really abused over time. Maybe I got what I paid for relatively speaking, but being out of town, I did not know the area.

The room was not spotless the floor was messed up other than that it was pretty good and the staff was decent but people kept knocking on my door late at night I didn't know these people
Heidi at the front desk was very kind and helpfull. She went beyond her job to help with ordering take out for me. Also in the morning as I was walking to my car she greated me by my name and thanked me for staying there. The room was clean and comfortable and very quite
The staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, stay away from the motel if you want a good night sleep. It is so noisy that we hardly got any sleep that night due to the traffic and people talking outside.
We never checked in. The property was sketchy just pulling in the parking lot so many vagrants around. the young lady at the desk was so nice and helped us get a room that was safe for 2 women traveling alone. This should absolutely be removed from an online reservation list!!!!!

Bad neighborhood, lots of homeless people, I was worried about my car being vandalized over night. Room was clean but blankets and towels looked OLD and over used.
This is a terrible hotel. Room door was hard to open. We had no hot water for tub. It must have not been hooked up right as sink had very hot water. Bed was comfortable. They indicated breakfast but basically not with what they offered

The manager was a very nice person. However the breakfast was very limited. I only saw orange/apple juice, bread for toast, oatmeal. The TV channels was very limited. Very few channels. The floor in the room was dirty. The HVAC was hard to control. I turned it down a degree and was cold. Turned it up a degree was warm.
Bed covers stained. Stain on two of the rags and towels. I'm a burqueño myself, so I know the city is a little rough, but damn there was dopeheads all around that area.
(Heidi) the maintenance man, and the women at the desk in the morning are all very friendly. Thank you guys. But the rooms could really use an upgrade old tv, (remote didn't work) had trouble getting the door open everytime I went in and out of the room.
Facilities in need of repair. Shower handle fell off when turning on the shower, no hot water. Noisy, street people on the premises. People on second floor partying until 2am. No breakfast. Staff said they ran out. No extra toilet paper roll. Coffee pot in room did not work. No hair dryer.
First of all, my highest rank was service. Heidi was stellar! Super friendly and helpful. She has a hard job! I think that this hotel houses previously homeless people. Which fine, and I commend that. But it should be indicated somewhere in the profile that there are different clientele and that there may be a bit of chaos. I'm all for housing the homeless, and even though I was prepared to find a different one, I didn't. I stayed.. There was a fight outside my room in the middle of the night. The environment was rough. The room looked clean, but it was not. I mopped the floor with a towel. You can see the pic of the result. I did it 3 times. The A/C is really loud and difficult to sleep at night. I figured out that if I put the A/C to 60F in the evening and turned it off when I went to bed, the heat wouldn't bother me until about 5am. All of the bathroom linens were stained, some so stained that I wouldn't use them. The sink fixture leaked, so I had to keep a town next to it. The shower curtain would not keep water from flowing out, no matter how much I tried to keep it up against the wall and tub, so towels down there. If budget is key for you and you can manage everything mentioned, then go for it. If you are at all a bit squeamish, pay more to be in WDo.
The place was not kept up very well. It was not up to days inn standards the pictures are not what I got! No hot water in the shower took hour and half to get to my room it was already check out
Falling apart. Nice folks working there. Maintenance nightmare.

Pool was green not open. Toilet ran all night. Toilet seat was loose slid sideways. Shampoo container empty. Breakfast was apple, banana, yougurt coffee. Room next door loud and vulgar language arguing. Not a good night.
