"This is an amazing hotel. The design is gorgeous and the staff so gracious. I love everything about this hotel. It embraces the culture of Albuquerque. The location is perfect for seeing old town and the roof top bar restaurant with its sweeping views of the mountains, makes you understand why the locals love it."

"The front desk staff is amazing. Every single one I spoke with were friendly, helpful, and professional. Made me feel good that they care about their customers. The hotel and room is clean and well kept. I happened to come to my room as the cleaning staff was finishing up. They asked if I needed anything, gave me extra bottles of water and coffee creamer. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and, I'll definitely plan to stay here again."

"Heating unit was very quiet so didn't disturb sleep. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not so wonderful. Found 2 hairs on sheet. Flying ant and gnat in room. Badly in need of some touch-up painting. No vent in bathroom. Magnifying mirror missing adjustment screw. NO microwave. Signage was great and could easily maneuver to area needed in hotel and casino. Gentleman at registration desk unfriendly and seemed to wish he was anywhere but there."
