Manque d' entretien et de vigilence.

Je suis allée passer une semaine dans cet établissement. L appartement a l'avantage d'être spacieux et à proximité de la plage. L hôte est aussi accueillant. Mais l appartement a vraiment besoin d être rafrâichi. Les meubles de la cuisine et de l entrée sont abimés. Les poignés de portes sont cassés. Les parties communes sont sales et le ph de la piscine est loin d être au norme. Le fond était sale. Les autres locataires ne respectaient pas les règles d'utilisation de la piscine, ils mangeaient, buvaient de l alcool et fumaient. Sans compter sur le bruit qu ils faisaient. L ambience n étaient pas du tout adapter à une famille. De plus, les seules normes contre le Covid 19 étaient le gel désinfectant à l entrée de immeuble et une affiche disant que le port du masque était obligatoire, mais comme personnel ne contrôlait, beaucoup ne le faisait pas. Je ne m'y suis pas sentir en sécuritée en cette période de pandémie.

Wir würden wieder dorthin gehen.

Lage perfekt. Ausserhalb des Rummels trotzdem sehr nah zur Altstadt und zum wunderschönen Strand. Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Schlechte Läufer jedoch aufgepasst. Es geht ziemlich steil rauf und runter.

more then expected for the least amount of money

If was much better then expected, took a cheaper option . .but ended up better then others who paid more .. it was also one of the closest to the old town and safe area .. also had a pool .. no gold staircase, but i did not pay for that .. well worth it .. not staying long .. good for me ..

Just ok

Great location, but the apartment was so hot we were miserable. The manager did provide us fans, but we could barely sleep due to the heat. Also, it was hard to get new towels and we were there for 5 days!!! We also had to ask for more toilet paper and I didn’t think he was going to let us have more. There were hoards or ants everywhere, and no way to get rid of them.

Super emplacement à deux pas de la belle place et à qq minutes du centre très animé. Appartement très spacieux et confortable. Tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine. Seul bémol salle de bain avec tout confort mais certaines odeurs d’égouts. Et wifi uniquement dans cuisine et piscine. Par contre un propriétaire au top très agréable et serviable.

A weary mother who stayed in these appartments.

To whom it may concern, I am so upset for family in that it has taken me a week to submit this unbelievable disturbing experience of staying in these appartments that you advertised and awarded ratings and trip advisory, which was completely inaccurate: The kitchen window was broken for 5 days, leading out on the balcony onto the main street, leaving my children and I exposed. No sanitary /toiletries in place-basic human necessities to human hygiene. No towels of any description were replaced except for once throughout the whole stay and minimum replacement,eventhough there were five of us staying in the appartment for 11 nights No immersion heater on until I went looking for it. Green algae all around the walls of the swimming pool. Window and patio shutters were not working properly. No air conditioning in any of the rooms. This booking cost nearly 2,000 euro of my hard earned money, I returned home feeling shattered with no sleep throughout my stay. I want this followed up and a reply back.

Accueil chaleureux par Fernando. Sa maitrise du français m'a facilité la vie. Résidence à quelques centaines de mètres de la vieille ville d'albufeira et de 3 minutes de la plage. Quelques travaux de rénovation à prevoir, sinon séjour impeccable.

Fraca qualidade de serviço.

O apartamento não foi limpo em 7 dias estadia, as toalhas não foram trocadas por limpas, as camas apenas tinham um edredão e lençol por baixo, não existindo mais roupa disponível. Nunca cozinhamos no apartamento, em parte devido a uma praga de formigas, que apareciam em todo o lado, usamos sal nas janelas e portas, que apenas reduziu o seu número, aliás esta situação era do conhecimento da pessoa que nos recebeu, Sr. Fernando, que nos avisou da praga. Estacionamento muito complicado na zona e zonas envolventes.

We stayed august 19 .the location was excellent close to the beach and the old town . Apartment was fairly spacous with balcony looking over the pool . The apartment was clean and tidy but i would say it could be doing with an update ,bathroom was a little tired and the kitchen area . But in saying that everything worked as it should and we had fantastic holiday and would recommend these apartments

The property is located very near old town, but far enough away so you can not hear the noise. It is a small complex in a residential area. It has a small swimming pool with only a few loungers (could do with a few more). There is no bar/entertainment/reception but the management are easily contacted by mobile. The apartments are very spacious with a well-equiped kitchen. There is alocal supermarket a few minutes walk away down the first set of stairs and 5 min walk. There is a pizzeria two doors away, we got a take away from it. Overall we managed well in this apartment but it is very quiet but good location.

Once I found the property, it was apparent that the location was perfect....close to beach and old town restaurants, bars, and night life. Parking was fine with a lot directly across the street. Best part of the property was Fernando, the on site manager. He was incredibly helpful and insightful. His suggestions of beaches and places to see were spot on. He had a large bottle of water waiting for us as well as Pasteis de Nata pastries which was a nice welcome treat. Our luggage was delayed and Fernando made sure he was available to hold it when it was delivered from the airport. Downsides- extremely noisy outside until 2:00 am. Had to get earplugs to sleep. Small ants were in apartment and in bed. Very upsetting but maybe just the way it is in a tourist beach area. Fernando did say he would put more traps down. Overall I would say great price for location and size of apartment. Place could easily sleep 4 and does have a kitchen if you would like to eat in. Thank you Fernando for being such a great host. Without the ants and noise, I give a 5 star rating!

Great apartments for friends

Great apartment, very big, no maid service or clean towels which would have been nice but was cleaned well before we got there. Location is ideal close to old town square about a 4 minute walk to the old town square. Owners where there for any request and very helpful with everything. Would definitely stop here again thanks!

Great location & spacious apartment with pool

Great welcome by Fernando with complimentary water and pastry. Apartment very spacious and well equipped.wiFi extremely slow but we were told an upgrade is in progress. The apartment will be due some upgrading shortly but it did meet all our needs. The swimming pool was good and the location ( Albufeira is hilly ) was close to the beach, intermarche supermarket and the strip. Finding it was interesting though as there was limited signage.would stay again.

Apartment ist sauber und schön groß für 2 Personen. Das Bad ist sauber und groß, aber das WC sollte erneuert werden. Vielen Dank an Fernando, dass wir noch ein paar Stunden länger bleiben durften.
