Resort was lovely with easy access to the beach within 3 minutes. Lots of different areas to sit around with many pools. Breakfast buffet was lovely. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. Would recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht en keken uit over de prachtige tuin met veel zwembaden.
We hebben veel gewandeld over de mooi aangelegde looppaden naar de zee en langs de kust.
Een paar strandtenten op loopafstand .
Een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Ruimte waar je kan borrelen of lunchen(best kostbaar) is erg saai ingericht.
Het terras buiten was wel mooi.
Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
De Spa en fitnessruimte was in onderhoud dus kan ik niet beoordelen maar we konden gebruik maken van dezelfde faciliteiten in een ander hotel dus dat was weer goed geregeld!

The property was great and the vicinity near the beach made our vacation so enjoyable. However, we rated it a 3 stars as when we checked in, we were given a pool side view suite (calling it a pool side view is generous, we were actually near the street parking). We paid for a sea view suite which was higher than the other suites, and the hotel manager did not mention why we did not get our sea view (the hotel was overbooked) until we complained about it. And when we move to a sea view suite the next morning, the manager told us that the switch actually costed the hotel additional cleaning expenses. What's wrong here?🤔 Should we not be compensated for the first night and the inconvenience instead? We didn't get an apology from the hotel and had we not complained about it, we would probably be left in a lower category suite for the rest of our stay. That's dishonesty on the hotel part.
