The property is in an amazing location overlooking the river and where along with two bridges. As an old building itself the whole visit to the hotel was steeped in history. We had a wonderful time and would definitely call again in the future.

Situé sur les bords du Tarn, opposé la Cathédrale...excellent. Personnel aux petits soins, efficace et professionnel. Chambre bien équipée, propre, très bonne literie. Le restaurant a Son Top Chef....délicieux, pas d commentaire sur le cadre car salle en travaux. Merci à tous pour un très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel sympa

Un hôtel calme très bien situé, il n'y a qu'a traverser le pont tout proche et nous voila dans la cité. Une chambre (avec vue sur le Tarn et la cathédrale) très propre avec minibar et coffre, un personnel très serviable et un bon petit déjeuner. Bref un excellent séjour au Mercure d'Albi.

Our room, though very small, had beautiful views of bridges and the city across the river. The sound of the water rushing over the weir was very soothing. The restaurant was much better than we had expected, especially for dinner. It was pleasant to be able to stay in after a long day of sightseeing and not have to venture forth again. The breakfast buffet was good, though not remarkable. The staff was uniformly helpful and hospitable.

Sempre all'altezza delle aspettative

In tutti gli hotel di questa catena ci siamo sempre trovati bene. La prima cosa che noi facciamo quando entriamo in camera è annusare i cuscini e consigliamo a tutti di farlo. A volte anche in hotel molto quotati abbiamo trovato dei cuscini inavvicinabili, perchè non è sufficiente cambiare le federe se non si sanificano i cuscini e non si toglie la puzza dai precedenti utilizzi. In hotel si va per dormire soprattutto e sono le piccole cose che creano disagio, l'inutile rumore del frigo che funzioba a vuoto, la doccia a volte pensata da persone che forse non l'hanno mai usata. In questo hotel siamo stati soddisfatti, anche se in generale notiamo delle colazioni non sempre fornite e con cibi discutibili, ad esempio lo scramble eggs con le uova in polvere anche no. Sicuramente utilizzeremo ancora il Mercure.
