Passez votre chemin !

Cet établissement a fait le choix de ne pas accepter d'enfants ce que nous pouvons comprendre. En revanche ce que nous pouvons plus difficilement comprendre c'est l'encaissement du prix de la chambre malgré le fait que nous avons été congédiés. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée aucun arrangement possible ! Malhonnêteté et mauvaise foi sont au rendez vous !

Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour sa piscine elle était vide pour cause de fuite (nous sommes en pleine canicule) et l hotel ne nous a pas été présente, en effet on a découvert qu il disposait d un spa avec piscine intérieur.... bref accueil très désagréable.

Stay here over anywhere else in area, fantastic!

I had the best night's sleep in my journey around France/Spain at this establishment. I travel with a dog and so often hotels advertise "pet friendly" and yet there is nothing, not even a patch of grass. Here there is a little garden, for any during the night urgent need and there is also, locally, lots of dog walking for longer walks. My bed was very comfortable, my room very quiet, everything spotlessly clean, dinner wonderful, staff very accommodating, great breakfast, fantastic cheeses. I know others have commented upon the decor (ski chalet) but I have stayed at so many soulless places or other that are fake quality that this place was a welcome break. The hotel is close to the peage so great for a stopover. Highly recommend.

Leuk hotel maar jammer genoeg gesloten .

Zeer slechte ervaring . Dat was wel eventjes schrikken . Het hotel was gesloten wegens veranderingswerken tot 15 november , nochtans hadden wij van jullie voor ons reservatiedatum nog een bericht ontvangen om ons te herinneren aan onze boeking . Ook hadden we volgens jullie het geluk om een van de laatste kamers te kunnen boeken . Hadden het geluk hier reeds voordien te overnachten , zodat ik mij herinnerde dat er naast de inkom langs de straatkant er ook een was langs de zijgevel . Daar werd gevraagd ons naar een andere locatie in de buurt te begeven . Dit was in het kasteel van dezelfde eigenaar . Een luxe kamer gekregen . Waren daar heel alleen en dus heel ongezellig . De kosten voor het ontbijt , de dranken en het diner lagen een stuk hoger dan de geplande uitgaven . De beoordelingscijfers slaan op een vorig bezoek in 2016 aan het hotel Le Rocher Blanc .

Bad expérience

The hotel has a lot of potential. But the team did not perform well in the restaurant as for the cleaning. The room is poorly soundproofed. And the gourmet restaurant has only the appearance. I will never come back again.
