Hard! When 3 rooms are occupied, there is very limited space for whoever parked on grass to move out. The SPA does not work well. Water boiler and roaster are very dirty.

lovely accommodation within a very short walk to the beach. Fantastic breakfast and the staff were very attentive a friendly. My only (very minor negative) is that we arrived on a Wednesday having driven all day and the only two dining venues walkable were both not serving food. I believe other days ...
