「The little details mattered a lot to me, and they certainly met my expectations. With daily room service provided without needing to request it, I appreciated that there was even dishwashing liquid available for the dirty dishes. The bed was cozy and comfortable. Overall, it was great value for money, and I will definitely come back again.」

「After a long haul journey and arriving from overseas at 2am, we were grateful for the free airport shuttle bus and 24 hour check in at Airport Gateway Hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating and we were able to arrange for a late check out, the night before, due to our jet lag.They kindly gave us extra coffee and milk, upon request. It was nice to be able to get filtered, chilled or bottled water at reception from the dispenser and reception. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.」
