「Check in was online but staff was very quick to respond with all our questions ! They sent a very detailed message on how to check in. We had no issues and had parking for free ! The room was pretty big and clean. The air conditioning was a plus ! Would stay here again!」

「We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!」

「Best property!!」

「Great period property. Good breakfasts. Good location. Parking in town is difficult so expect to walk to restaurants for dinner.」

「Really lovely hotel with a breath-taking view, delicious breakfast, nice pool, thoughtful small gifts. I loved it there! The mattress might not be for everyone though.」

「Fantastic location, quieter part of Port de Soller but only minutes walk to main restaurants, bars and tram for Soller. The beach was right in front of the hotel. We had a sea view room and woke up to a glorious view of Port de Soller every morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet and able to eat at tables out the front looking across the bay. Would definitely come back to this hotel.」
