Memnun kalmadık erken ayrıldık.

Tatilimizin amacı 5 gün sabah akşam denize girmekti. Ancak otelin plajı halk plaj imiş. Şezlong ve güneşlik ücretli, havlu depozitolu otelden alıp plaja gidecekmişiz. Hizmet aktivitelerde her dahil anlamda olup bunların hem halk plajında denize girilir vede Şezlong ve güneşlik ücretlidir diye yazılmış olsaydı bu oteli tercih etmezdik. iki kez denize girdik. baktık zevk alamıyoruz otelden erken ayrıldık. Ayrıca da ilk olarak bir balkonsuz otele rast geldik. Denizden geldiğimizde ıslakları kurutacak yer yoktu. Çünkü otelin arka odaları hepsi balkonsuzdu. Otelin gece eğlencesi 900 m. uzakta ortak otelde olması da hiçte hoş olmamıştı. Bence bu otel sadece konaklama için çok uygun bir otel.

Opphold 5 netter med to barn. Kanskje ikke anbefalt med familier med små barn, siden basseng området var så liten og ikke så veldig mye aktiviteter for barn. All incl hotell, alkohol valg og mat var ikke så veldig bra. Men ellers Veldig bra renhold på hotellrom, kort vei til cleopatra stranden og til sentrum.

Russer hotel med elendig smagsløst mad.

Russer hotel med elendig smagsløst mad. Kokken står ved hvert måltid og nedstire og sviner gæsterne til på tyrkisk hvis man så meget som rynker på næsen over maden. Det skulle forstille at være et 4 stjernet hotel. Men hvis man beder en tjener, som alligevel bare står og snakker om noget at drikke til sit ellers afskyelige måltid, bliver man mødt med et grin og et flabet svar om at det kan du selv hente i baren. Morgen maden består af tørt brød og smagsløst slatten ost skåret, der af uforklarlige årsager er skåret ud i trekanter? De har en æg-station som står klar, men på den uge jeg var der oplevede jeg kun 1 gang at der var en kok til at betjene den. Alle de andre dage kunne man godt kigge langt efter spejleæg eller omlet. Til sidst måtte jeg selv gå ind og lave mine egne æg, da det var umuligt at få personalet til det. Receptionisterne er søde nok, og de eneste på hotellet der snakker engelsk. På hotellets beskrivelse står der, at de har tilknyttet privat strand med solsenge og de har 3 barer. Det passer dog ikke ikke! Der er kun 1 bar åben på hotellet og det er muligt det er deres privat strand, men det er ikke noget man som gæst kan nyde godt af. All Inclusive gælder ikke på deres "private strand" og ligge stole skal man betale for, ligesom alle andre der kommer udefra. Kunne havde være et fint Hotel, hvis der var noget ledelse der fungerede.

Люблю начинать с плюсов. Отель отлично расположен. Близко и к пляжу, и к центру. Вокруг есть все необходимое: кафе, магазины, мигрос. Персонал делает все необходимое. НО! Отель, его номера, ресторан, холл очень, очень уставшие! Все такое видавшее виды. Еда такая, что голодными не останитесь, но тоже очень скромно и непрезентабельно.

Mieliśmy opcję all inclusive, ale po jednej kolacji i śniadaniu zrezygnowaliśmy z korzystania z hotelowej restauracji. Dla nas posiłki były niejadalne. Szkoda bo kuchnia turecka jest wyśmienita. Nogle tjenere græd, ikke et smil.. var til tider ubehøvlet sagde til gæsterne at de havde drukket 5 øl i dag eller 7 sodavand. Sprang rengøring over til tider på værelserne. For mange russer, river alt til sig fra buffen, ingen mad efter 10 min åbenhed.

Bad start but happy end

Beginning of our stay was the worst you can imagine. When we arrived, hotel was full and there was no room for us. It was told to me, that there was problem with credit card and it was my fault. Luckily I had all information about our reservation and also contacted hotel few days before. After almost 1 hour of arguing, we got compensation and could use other hotel as well which was very good. We enjoy stay there mostly because of the other Xperia hotel. Food was nice, lot of sweets and everything. Staff was friendly, just on reception they could speak better english. Wi-fi almost didn't work, minibar just with water (at least something and water every day), I could imagine better cleaning of the room (we had to press button to show to clean our room, because they didn't come for one day - nobody inform me if I have to press it, there should be daily cleaning). So bad start, but it enden up really good and we enjoyed it - thanks to the manager (but if I wouldn't speak english and wouldn't be able to negotiate about situation, we would have to pay extra 50 euro for stay in other hotel for one night and without any compensation or canceling of our stay). If you wanna be close to city center, it's great place. Close to shopping, bar and everything.
