I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best. The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels. Another great feature is that the property is connected to three sister hotels, and guests can enjoy all the amenities across them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. Unfortunately, we had to return to Canada because of my kids’ school, otherwise I would have gladly stayed another week. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families

In short, I must say that it is not worth the money you pay. My daughter's clothes disappeared from her room the day before check out . you have to pay for the internet (of course, they returned my money after complaning true expedia ), you will be hungry after dinner until the morning, and the meal times are very stupid, the staff sometimes flirt with young girls. But it has one of the best beaches in the region.

Please be warned before booking that Pegasos Royal is absolutely NOT a 5 star property. The hotel is old and is really showing its age, the reception and lounge area is dark and uninviting. The cons: We paid EUR5,000 for a 2 weeks stay, which is excessive for the standard of this hotel. The food is very basic, repeated almost every day. The room is old and the cleaning is not up to the standard of a 5 star property. Everything needs to be updated in order for their rating to actually be 5 stars. We had to switch rooms on the first night as the paint smell coming from the closet was so intense, you couldn't stay in the room, let alone put your clothes there. The rooms are damp, meaning that the clothes you hang up in the closets - will be damp also. There are constantly works going around the hotel - painting after guests move out - tells you everything you need to know; the smell lingers in the hall and you can't stay in your room. Gardeners use open saws to cut hedges and grass as the kids are playing near the pools during peak hours - incredibly unsafe, nevermind the noise. Cleaners clean the gym as it opens, so if you're there, someone with particularly unpleasant chemicals will clean right in front of you. The gym equipment, btw, is over 20 years old. Pros: The surrounding areas - pools and beach are nice, but it should be a nice benefit, not the highlight. Entertainment team are great.

I really enjoyed my visit to Pegasos Royal Hotel. There weren’t really any negatives. The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times. The cleanliness is to a high standard, housekeeping do a fantastic job and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. All around the resort there are staff constantly cleaning both inside and out which was really great. The hotel has a number of outdoor pools as well as a large indoor pool. The other sister hotels Pegasos Club and World, next door also have more pools to use, indoor and outdoor. There’s also a big water park. There seemed to be a huge amount of activities for kids and adults, activity programmes, bowling alley, spa, games etc and evening entertainment. The beach is lovely, sandy and also very clean with staff regularly removing rubbish and cleaning. There is a huge amount of loungers just for hotel guests. The sea is lovely, so clear and warm even at the start of June (around 24-25c the first week of June). The beach and sea area are all sand so water shoes are not necessary. Lots of people had snorkels but seemed to just snorkel off the beach looking at sand. If you really like snorkelling there is actually a small reef at the end of the beach that no one seems to know about. Looking out to sea, it’s to the right, where the rocks are by Utopia Hotel. Absolutely loved the braches here. Sand all the wsy into the sea. Perfect for kids. Facilities here are fab. I prefer a somewhat quieter hotel myself but for families this is amazing.

Отдыхали с детьми в первые дни работы отеля со 2 по 9 мая 2016 г Выбрали отель в Аланьи и не ошиблись, прекрасная огромная территория с несколькими бассейнами, детским аквапарком и мини клубом. Пляж просто супер, море чистейшее и тёплое даже в мае.Обслуживание и доброжелательность персонала тоже порадовали, вкусная и разнообразная еда.Отель оптимален по качеству и цене, рады что не ошиблись с выбором
