It was nice I book for a 25 day's reception very helpful they cleaning daily rooms, pool was fantastic with small water park, just 10 step away store anytime can grab cold drinks ty Okan tower family also nearby to restaurants

I stayed for a week at the hotelApart Although it is a little worn around the edges in some places ..I found this great value for money ..if you want 5 star Quality and surroundings pay that high money else where My apartment was spacious , very clean , and welcoming .The terrace had a terrific view of the castle and sea . Kitchen area was well Equipt Bathroom area was satisfactory . The manager was very well mannered courteous and helpful also 2 nice dogs. .I met the cleaning staff, they were friendly and charming Thank you for a nice clean apartment ..They knock on your door every two days to clean the Apartment and change the bed linen and towels etc The swimming pool was very clean , very well maintained ..Also the area washed and cleaned everyday .. This is a nice clean no frills friendly place .which offers great value for money

This apartment complex is old and decaying in many areas. The rooms are a low price for a reason. Our room had broken light switch’s, balcony door handle that would fall off and could not be locked, wardrobe doors that would not slide and a side table so flimsy it would break if anything was placed on it. The rooms are small and says it caters for 4 guests, however was a double bed, a single bed and a small 2 seater couch that we received and extra pillow and sheet to put on when checking in. It was not a sofa bed couch, so our 9 year old son’s legs were too long for it. The kids did enjoy the pool and slides, but again all facilities around those areas look abandoned and broken, such as the pool bar and dance floor area with blinds that were blowing a huge metal pole around dangerously in the wind. Wifi was patchy, and reception not able to assist us to much with basic local information like how to get the Dolmus which was at the end of the street we soon realised ourselves. Overall for a cheap stay it provides a bed and roof over your head, but if you’re looking for a holiday like we were for a week. This is not the place.

Since last year I stay at Okan tower for vacation from beginning to last day i just wanna say thanks for okan tower family, location central of the alanya restaurants bars groceries stores just 2 minutes walk away. Around hotel is very safe good for kid's reception very helpful , see u next summer Ty so much again from Usa

Wij waren hier met het gezin 6 weken. Wij vonden de service erg goed. Er word om de dag schoongemaakt en de handdoeken vervangen. Elke dag word de vuilnis opgehaald en de schoonmaakster doet dan de vloer schoonmaken. 1x was het doucheputje verstopt en 1x was de handstraal van de douche kapot. Maar dit werd zonder te vragen al opgelost. Het strand is op 10 minuten loopafstand en cleopatra strand is ongeveer 20 a 30 minuten lopen. Centrum van alanya is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen. We hebben ook zelf gekookt op de kamer maar dit moest op een 2 pits kookstelletje wat nog een uitdaging kan zijn als je voor 4 mensen kookt. Misschien kan de keuken iets moderner gemaakt worden om een nog betere revieuw te geven. Het enige echte nadeel van deze kamer is de airconditioning. Deze maakt herrie. De kamer met het 2 persoonsbed word wel goed gekoeld maar de ruimte waar de slaapbank staat is wel erg warm in de zomer. Gelukkig had onze jongste dochter er geen last van en zei kon wel slapen in die ruimte. Voor mijzelf was het te warm.

Çok temiz bir oteldi, görevli arkadaşlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Merkezi bir yerde ve Kızılaya yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. En önemli artısı, kendine ait otoparkıydı. 2 gece kaldım ve çok memnun ayrıldım.

Les enfants se sont bien amusé avec la piscine et les toboggans mais déçu du manque de service bien que se soit un appart hôtel. Pas de serviette à la piscine, pas de changement de serviette dans les chambres non plus malgré 2 demandes et aucun nettoyage durant le sejour,juste les poubelles sont vidées. Pour ma part je n'ai pas vu la piscine être nettoyé non plus malgré le sable présent dans le bassin enfant. Pour les chambres je m'attendais à pire au vu des commentaires mais je trouve qu'elle sont correct pour le prix et la gamme d'hôtels. Le prix reste correct mais un minimum de services changerai mon avis surtout que les commentaires que j'avais lu parlais d'un bon acceuil et un bon service, dommage...
