Stayed at İkiz Hotel Kleopatra last week and honestly didn't want to leave. The lobby has this really cozy vibe — not over the top, just comfortable. Breakfast was incredible, way more than you'd expect. Pool was spotless, hammam was the highlight of the whole trip. And the place was genuinely clean, like properly clean. Staff clearly takes pride in it. Would go back without hesitation.

An absolute gem in Alanya! The hotel is situated directly on the kleopatra beach and the location is literally in the center of life... After this renovations, it has nothing less than a luxury hotel. The rooms are spotless and very cozy. What made our stay truly special was the staff... They were so helpful and welcoming that we felt at home the entire time. Definitely the best value for money hotel you can find... I Will definitely come back thx guys!

An exceptional experience from start to finish! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The modern design, cleanliness, and the high standard of amenities made my stay truly memorable. What stood out most, however, was the professional and friendly attitude of the staff—they were attentive and always ready to help with a smile. It is rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between comfort and great service. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, I cannot recommend this place enough. I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for a short getaway, and overall we were very satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The atmosphere in the evenings was especially enjoyable. The location was another big advantage. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and several nearby attractions. Breakfast and the other meals offered a good variety, and we enjoyed most of what we tried. The common areas were well maintained and kept clean throughout our stay. We didn't experience any major issues during our visit, and the positive attitude of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Although it was only a short trip, we had a comfortable and relaxing time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

I came here a few years ago. I was satisfied. The location is very good. Very close to the sea and sea is clean and sandy. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere. There are nice cafes, restaurants and bars around. As for the hotel, its rooms are clean. The hotel has a swimming pool and water slide. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception. The food buffet could be improved but it is still a reasonably priced hotel considering its advantages. It is recommended

They gave me a room in block B, where the entrance smells so bad because of the restaurant. The shower room wasn't clean it after pervious customers The breakfast quality was bad compering to the price. They gave me a room with street view then changed to me to back view. After the lady known that my reservation only for one night to sell it to another customer The only good thing is the location which is close to the beach

I found the hotel to be perfect for my needs, it had good wifi, comfy rooms, was quiet, and overall was great value for money. Reception was very friendly, and helped me get situated with the city and some surrounding activities to do. The hotel has a nice pool with a slide and is a few seconds away from Kleopatra beach, 10 minutes from Alanya castle, and has various cheap day trips that come with transportation included. I also found the food to be an amazing plus, with breakfast/lunch/dinner available throughout the day. There are also some nice restaurants nearby to try some good food. Just ask reception, they are very helpful, I saw a lot more than I expected to see here in Alanya!
