「We have just returned as a family of 5 from our wonderful stay at Lordos. I have 2 children, one who is SEN…and the staff couldn’t do more to support us from understanding our concerns about our initial rooms with balcony and changing rooms for us no problem thanks to the lovely Magda to providing a pizza for our child every lunch and dinner time (this is all he will eat). 「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」
