"We have stayed in a few Paradores now and think that this has the most beautiful setting - overlooking the port of San Sebastián, it is a tranquil haven - classic architecture and sympathetically furnished, with a decent restaurant and lovely staff. The best place we stayed on La Gomera."

Lovely stay

"Amazing stay at Bancal! The hotel is huge, green, sustainable, the view of the Teide incredible and the service excellent (thanks to Charlie!). We ate at the buffet and the food was really good and the staff kind and professional. Overall, the quality/price is unbeatable and we really had a lovely stay."

"The property is secluded from all the small towns in the island but offers silence peace and comfort in the zone that it is located. The space was perfect for a family vacation of 5 people. I would recommend this property if staying in La Gomera for longer than 2 nights to make it worth your while. "

"Very nice, clean, with accommodating staff. Spectacular mountain views, has kitchen, balcony, and overall simply beautiful. Wish I was able to stay longer Ideal for someone who wants a quiet getaway in nature. Hermigua is breathtakingly beautiful with the cliffs and beautiful first"
