"The front desk worker was a delight. However, the pool area was cold, the pool water was freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm, and not clean. Furthermore, the jets in the hot tub were inoperable. When we inquired about adjusting the temperature, the front desk staff member informed us that he lacked the authority to modify the heat settings for the pool area, the pool, or the hot tub. He did attempt to assist by increasing the temperature in the front area. I requested a late checkout and encountered a random individual claiming to be hotel staff, who was walking down the hallway checking doors in an attempt to gain access to rooms."
