「The staff was excellent and friendly. Very supportive people. Very clean facility. Allowed early check in 8 hours early with no charge. Fantastic experience. Only problem was the distance from the city. But with the price in comparison to other hotels compensates for the same. It’s great place to be. 」

「From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff were incredible. I checked in very late and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite, which I didn't ask for but just goes to show the high standard of service they provide. The breakfast was excellent with an incredible choice and variety. Thank you will come back. 」

「too many bad experience during my stay: 1) location not accurate, it's at least 500M off the actual location, must be aware. 2) no one speaks English in this hotel, not even reception, very frustrating. 3) Hotel couldn't find my reservation... asked me to pay him cash as deposit in order to check in first and sort things out the second day with Hotels.com (i was checking in late, very tiring) 4) No room cleaning unless you constantly remind the hotel staff. 5) very small bathroom, with poor...
