「I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. 」

「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless.
They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful.
However…..
Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered.
It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」

「It was a long wait to get our room ready on first day. Ismail (the concierge) was very helpful and tried to speed up the process. One of the door giving on the garden in our room was broken. We waited two days to get it fixed.
Otherwise, the bedrooms were brand new, spacious and clean.
The food in this property is flavourless, and the same every day, which is a shame. The drinks are not very nice and we stopped having them. The soft ones were very sugary, the spirit ones were low quality.

「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

「This hotel is very beautiful, peaceful and special. The grounds are beautiful and the horses and stable are something to see and experience. Everything is top tier. This is an under the radar gem! Would definitely come back! 5 star all the way! 」
