「A wonderful hotel . Rooms are spacious and updated. Hotel is immaculately clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful.」

However, there were a few downsides: some insects inside the room, worn-out furniture in the living area, and outdoor facilities that need better cleaning and maintenance. The beach terrace is also small and would benefit from expansion. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the price feels quite high for what you get.」

「인근에 마트도 있어서 저렴하게 음식(음료수, 과일, 라면, 이것저것)도 사먹을 수 있었습니다. 시설도 청결하고, 에어컨도 잘 나오고 물도 따뜻하게 잘 나오고 사람도 친절하네요. 단점이라면 물은 사먹어야 한다는 것, 와이파이는 엄청 안 터진다는 것 정도네요」

「This hotel very modern, fancy, cosy, and quite a good choice for business traveler. Service of the reception was generally good, but some receptionists were full of passion while some were so calm that I think I appreciate they variety of characters. The reason I emphasize it more suitable for business traveler is it doesn't have a bathtub, something I think needed for a vacation. Although the Mall of Dhahran locates right on the opposite side and looks close, it still takes 10~15 minutes...

「This is my second time in Novotel Dammam. Overall to say the hotel is good and the location is convenience which can reach main business area and city center from there. The hotel is clean and the service is good, people in receiption are welling to help. I will recommend this hotel to whom will visit Dammam. 」
