「The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins. My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short...

「Rooms were abit dated, however everything went well. Breakfast spread was good; limited seats available, but overall still ok. Hotel staff/ cleaners regularly check with us at the corridor if we need cleaning or anything for the room. 」

「Mijn verblijf was goed, het hotel was heel luxe en op een prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van de Haram. Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op de stad geboekt, maar dat was helaas niet zo. Daarnaast moest ik 100 riyal extra betalen om eerder naar de kamer te kunnen gaan, omdat wij eerder dan de inchecktijd arriveerde. 」

「It was great from the check in point. We were assisted by Adel and then assisted with a great check out from Moayad. Staff was soooo friendly and Amr who took care of our room treated us so sweetly. We are taking home great memories because of the staff!」
