「整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！」

「Amazing apartment we absolutely loved it there and will be returning, has everything you need. Air Conditioning worked really well and amazingly clean and tidy both in the room and the Selena Bay complex overall. Would recommend rhis apartment for families and couples」

「Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival. 」

「It was a horrible experience actually for me it’s a kind of fraud, as I booked at aldau heights apartments and I carefully checked the location before booking yet when I got there the contact person which he called himself the owner took me and my 6 years old daughter to the another compound and he said this is the phase2 from Aldau !!!!located at very unsafe area with no services or restaurants inside providing that I didn’t bring my car because I know quite well where I’m going will not need a...

「Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. 」

「the shower and toilette too small, the room between the toilette and the hand wash so small made it difficult to use the toilette, too many cats in the hallways and the street the property on is bad, I had to hire two taxis to find this property. I had to wait one hour to check in as the room wasn't ready even the agreement to check in time was approved by property. 」
