We had a great stay in this family run hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and we also enjoyed a simple 3 course dinner which we enjoyed. We had a soak in the outdoor hot tub which was a bonus

Bathroom lights not working 2 days finally on the third day. Also, they were not responding. The light was not working. I have complained three times already. No phone in room to call for anything No hot water in hot tub It was very warm water and it had so many leaves and Littel dust and debris in the tub So dirty hot tub that nobody wants to get in there. I went on the desk and told them about the water and it was dirty. They say it’s a nature, but that is not good answer they supposed to clean every single day. because whenever to want to go, they cannot go if it’s not hot enough Nobody at the desk whenever we need something we have to look for them sometimes they are not available on desk

Pleasant and Affordable

The rooms are clean and cozy, but very small, which is fine as they are priced accordingly compared to other hotels nearby. My daughter and I enjoyed our time there and would recommend if you're visiting Akureyri.

Great hotel! Was right down the road from shops and dining. Beautiful view and adorable decor. Staff was super kind and helpful and breakfast had many options. The rooms did get quite stuffy/ warm and there were no fans/ air. We opened the window, which helped, however the nice weather outside (yay) made the inside quite warm. Overall, would stay again!
