艾庫瑪爾水上樂園飯店，旅行前必看！

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Loved the stay as we got married at this resort 15 years ago. I did let them know about our anniversary but nothing was mentioned from them, little disappointing. Also the ladies at the front that talked us into going to talk about a time share was a bad experience. They told us and hour and a half took 3 hours of our day plus travel. They lied about why we were going they and didn’t tell me what it was. Staff at the resort were really good. It’s very clean.」
