「We rent this property for our wedding, I got a photo session in here and stay the night with my wife after our wedding. When we arrive one of the Tv´s was broken, when we did our checkout they told us we will need to pay for the TV (Which was already broken). Manager of the property was charging us $8,000 for it and wouldn´t let us go. After I asked for the pictures of the property previous our arrival I was able to show them it was their fault. 「The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. When we did purchase a day pass for the beach it was completely packed (not private in the least) The Inclusive food and drinks were horrific including a disturbing buffet...

「The good: Great location for snorkeling, cenotes, ruins. Good looking place. Nice Balcony. Pools are nice. The bad: Paint smell. Diminished some with the AC going but still there. I think they recently painted because there was also a white powder on many things through out the apartment.
