「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day...

「Location was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable and updated. Service was wonderful. Only difficulty we had was finding the place. The front entrance was not marked at all. We circled around for an hour to find the place. A clear sign on the black metal door would have been helpful.」

「I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel as I felt very taken care off and the location was perfect for a solo traveler. The room had everything I needed and was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Services within the hotel seem complete though I did not try having lunch or dinner there, the menu seemed good.
