「This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of cute Aksaray which itself is a good place to visit to learn how Turkish people actually live. Tastefully decorated, full-service property with comfortable, elegant and quiet rooms. Beautiful view from its rooftop restaurant where a full breakfast is served. This was a last minute booking after visiting the Ihlara Valley and Selime Cathedral. It turned out to be one of the top two most satisfying places so far in our trip. 」

「Resul is a great host. The location is very good being close to the museum and the Museum Cafe.」

「Lower your expectations」

「Stayed 2 nights on a road trip from Kas to Goreme. Used Guzelyurt as a base for hiking Ihlara Valley and visting Selime monastery. Drove to Goreme via Gumusler monastery & Kaymakli Underground City. Much better than doing as a Green Tour from busy Goreme. Very caring and helpful host, family-run, comfortable, spacious rooms in a historic house, good breakfast.」

「安靜，遠離都市」

「Das Frühstück war dürftig! Die Unterkunft war abgewohnt!」

Slightly neurotic young man behind reception wouldn't allow me to have a cup of tea as he said there was none despite drinking one himself although I did manage to get some hot water . Strange...

「The whole structure is fascinating and carved off from mountains. The medieval feel is unmatched. Terrace setup and outside pool is amazing to say the least. Had a bit of a problem with the AC unit as it wasn't working properly. We would do this again.」

「The hotel was very nice and charming. The room was very comfortable with a big bathtub with water jets. Breakfast was very good. The little inconvenience was that the hotel was not close for the points of interest, which were reachable only by bus or car. We rented a car and we visited all the important sites and even other less frequented buy tourists. The staff was nice. Three days previous to our arrived we communicated with the staff to arranged a transfer by car from Kayseri airport to...
