"Urban minimalism x high efficiency x cleanliness x convenience = fabulous hotel stay and experience! This airport hotel is a cut above the rest even better than a Sheraton in Shibuya! Staff is great and helpful with excellent communication in ENG and JP. Hotel set up is hyper efficient with easy self check in kiosks, clear instructions throughout the hotel and room. Breakfast offers the essentials with quality (I rather the items be limited, essential and of good quality vs more variety but so so quality). The grilled salmon, miso soup, and fruit were especially good! The location of this hotel cannot be beat, right on the T3 3F Departures at HND. Surprisingly the hotel is very quiet and calm despite being at the airport. You can easily access all the shops and restaurants at HND from this hotel. Loved my stay and will be back! Thanks!"
