「We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. 「Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status .」

Breakfast was genuinely poor, and the buffet seemed terrified of seasoning. If you're coeliac, vegetarian or especially lactose intolerant, the choice is extremely limited. 「La estancia ha sido perfecta, lo único que se podria mejorar es la comida. El buffet era muy justo, con poca variedad de comida y muy repetitiva. Por otra parte, al ir en media pensión se tenia que pagar la bebida, cosa lógica, pero no se incluia ni el agua del grifo. Todo un sinsentido, ya que por todo el hotel habia maquinas de agua refrigerada gratis, pero en el buffet no podias usarla.
