There were only 2 hangers in each closet. We were staying for 4 nights. When we asked if we could have a few more they brought ua a few old wire hangers that had seen better days and had likely been left there by prior guests. We had a 2 bedroom suite. With a kitchen. Not well stocked. One knife and only 3 plates.

We liked that the hotel was just a little as 2 minutes walk from the Ajax Convention Centre where we attended a dance competition. It’s convenient when the call time was early in the morning.

We stayed here with our kids and dog while we were showing our house to sell. We loved that the room had everything we needed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and everyone had their own space. Even our dog felt at home. The pool was great and the breakfast each morning exceeded expectations. The kids loved the waffle bar! We found everything we needed and it was an enjoyable stay that allowed us a home away from home (while we sold our home).

Had a great getaway with the kids and they had a blast. The pool is small and the water is very very very cold.. also on two occasions the pool was closed.

The person who checked us in was rude. The two staff members working at breakfast were polite and accommodating. Hotel is located along the highway and is quite noisy. Room ventilation is not very good and we were either too hot or too cold. No complaints about the cleanliness of the room.

Poor acoustics
Not so good. Terrible acoustics. I could hear all the activity and water through the pipes in the walls from the guest above me. My room faced the highway and train track could hear the freight trains through the window at night. Generally is was really loud, not the peaceful retreat I was hoping for. But the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Its was an okay stay, the shower in our room would as my son said would scream when we started it for 10 minutes after the water was running, we did not have a filled supply of towels and wash cloths, the kitchen supplies like tea, and such were not filled either... the breakfast down stairs was good but i was hoping to not have sausage 2 days in a row while staying there. The smoothie was a huge hit and ut would not get refilled so if you did not go down early you did not have that option. When requesting for a short extension to check out later i was told nope we dont have any available as another team was expected to arrive on a Sunday. I was not asked any information about what room or who i was. I also was not checked in under a team name as i booked on my own, but the assumption was there as my son had his hockey gear..

A little hard to find, but otherwise an excellent property. Quiet, easy parking and very accommodating with late check-in and early checkout. Kitchenette was a plus, and ample order-in choices in Ajax meant no worries about food.
