There are needs for microwave oven, and also pressing iron, even in the regular rooms! My room was on the side where the swimming pool is located and it was always noisy. Nothing to do about it; but new guests could ask not to be located on that side. The elevator did not work most of the time. ***On the whole, I will still lodge there any day!」

「I have never in my life been so embarrassed and discomfitted. I got to the hotel reception and was rudely told by the front desk officer that online booking are not acceptable to their establishment. I showed them my booking confirmation from hotels. com and they still insisted that i could not check in. I had to place a call to Hotels.com in Ireland for a resolution. I eventually got a room after about 2 and a half hours of waiting abd several phone calls. I must say that your call center is...
