「Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...

「We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation.
