「櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,」

「The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice big lounge area. I enjoyed my stay and it is beautiful overlooking the river. It was quiet even though the street in front was busy. Blackout curtains are there if you need them. There was extra pillows and blankets if needed but I didn’t. I liked the bathroom. 「Muy bien diseñada, todo nuevo y con una buena distribución y todo lo necesario. El baño está genial y las camas son cómodas. Tiene ascensor que, en mi caso, que voy con muleta, y para quien lo necesite es un punto a favor. Muy limpia y a nada del centro. El anfitrión es atento y amable y soluciona al momento cualquier problema que pueda aparecer. En resumen, un 10 por las instalaciones y por el anfitrión. Muchas gracias. 」
