"It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel mais nous aurions pu y rester la semaine si nous avions eu le temps ! La chambre était au delà de nos attentes : propre, spacieuse, décorée avec soin, literie de très bonne qualité, produits d'accueil généreux et de marque, bref nous avons adoré. Maud nous a accueilli à la perfection, elle a su nous guider pour notre dîner du soir et à même réservé pour nous ! Le petit-déjeuner en supplément était délicieux avec de bons produits. "A beautifully maintained property sitting slightly above the main area (6 min walk downhill, 10 min walk uphill). Staff are friendly and professional. Dining room is lovely. The only problem during a hot summer is that there are no room air conditioners, only ceiling fans. Room 60 is the only room without a shower (bathtub only). I would stay again during a cooler period"
