Beautiful property and well kept pool, lounge, bar, lawn area. The little lodge was tastefully decorated, neat and clean, kitchen well appointed, with a private outdoor area for dining and lounging although we much preferred the area by the pool. Grounds were also walkable. Relaxing place in middle of countryside, we made the right choice!

Lovely property outside of the bigger city

The check-in process was not so great (no one was at the property and I couldn't get anyone on the phone for ~30 min) but once we were able to get a hold of someone the rest went smoothly. We went in October which I guess is low season as it seemed we pretty much had the entire property to ourselves. The room is beautiful - the bathroom with both shower and bath is spacious; the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stovetop, oven and dishwasher; and the patio has a table for dining outside. There's also a common pool which is heated and very nice. And when we discovered the foldout couch bed had no covers at night, we were able to contact someone to bring some, which was a wonderful relief as we weren't sure if anyone was around! One thing I didn't like: the Hotels.com booking stated I'd have a ~12 eur local tax to settle at the property, but the hotel insisted I pay ~24 eur local tax in order to continue the check-in process. Not a huge deal but still double what I originally expected to pay... Overall, highly recommended if you have a car and are looking to spend a few days just in quiet relaxation outside of Marseille.

Dear Hotels.com Customer Support, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent booking at Domaine Rampale from May 24th to May 27th, 2024, and to request a refund or compensation for the numerous issues encountered during our stay. Additionally, I would like to address an issue regarding the redemption of my credit for a previous booking. Issues with Domaine Rampale Stay Lack of Communication: Despite booking weeks in advance, I never received any check-in instructions or reminders through the app or email. I attempted to contact the number listed on the website multiple times to arrange an early check-in at 10 am but received no response for days. No Front Desk or Reception: Assuming there would be a front desk, as advertised, we arrived at the property hoping to drop our bags and connect to the internet for an important work call. The intercom button was dead, and repeated calls went unanswered. With no 5G data, we had to drive to find reception, causing significant inconvenience as my partner had to conduct video conferences from our hire car in the countryside. Delayed Access: Finally, after several attempts, we reached someone who mentioned that a private email with the gate code was sent, which I never received. The representative blamed Expedia for the lost email, but I never used Expedia for this booking. We eventually received the code at 3 pm, far too late for our needs, and struggled to find our accommodation

Juste Exceptionnel !

Une magnifique expérience vécue en couple mi-septembre. A 20 minutes d'Aix le Domaine de Rampale est lové dans un ecrin de verdure. Système tres smart, sans réception et accueil sur place avec codes et boite a clefs .Tout est ultra simple et ultra bien organisé avec l'aide de Claire, adorable et jamais bien loin en cas de besoin. Que dire du lodge [lodge 1 Lavandiere]? Incroyable ! 70m2 , moderne, lumineux, tout est parfaitement pensé avec un sens du detail rarement vu dont beaucoup d"hotels 5*GL pourraient s'inspirer.. cuisine parfaitement equipee, grande baignoire, superbe douche. Un sans faute! Et que dire du petit déjeuner ? Super bon et super copieux. Ne passez pas à coté! La piscine ? Sublime! On peut vraiment faire des longueurs et lire, au calme. Cest un peu paumé, loin de tout? Oui c'est un peu isolé au coeur d' un domaine noyé dans la verdure...Mais cest tellement bon parfois de se retrouver parfois un peu isolés, au coeur de la nature. Merci pour tout et a tres tres vite.

Wunderbare Domaine nähe Mittelmeer

Wunderbare, modern ausgestattete Domaine mit herrlichem großen und auch optisch sehr schicken Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Unser Duplex war mit zwei Etagen und zwei Schlafzimmern ideal für Familien mit Kindern (in unserem Fall Teenies). Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, die Terrasse riesengroß, um auch draußen zu essen. Sehr nette und zugleich entspannte Betreuung durch Claire. Die Lage 20min von Aix-en-Provence ist ebenfalls super, eine traumhafte Stadt. Es lohnt zudem ein Ausflug zu den Calanques bei Cassis. Nach Marseille sind wir vom Nachbarort, wo wir gut und Kosten parken konnten, mit dem Regionalzug gefahren für 40 Euro hin/rück zu Viert ('Minigruppe") - so konnte man das Verkehrschaos in Marseille umgehen, und unser Auto wurde nicht aufgebrochen.

Un véritable écrin en pleine nature. La maison d'architecte est superbe, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. La literie irréprochable. La vue sur le jardin superbe. Les gérants sont aux petits soins. L'espace piscine et la piscine sont magnifiques. Nous aurions presque envie de ne pas sortir tant nous étions bien. Et pourtant, nous avons bougé chaque jours, car tant de choses sont à faire autour. A recommander sans hésitation.
