The staff were very friendly. Absolutely beautiful hotel but slightly damp bathrooms (we had two separate rooms with a bathroom each - both damp). Fabulous breakfast. Very local position - we could walk everywhere in Marrakech. Great hotel

Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents.
