「酒店给我们的房间是顶层，只有一个需要踩梯子才可以够得到的小窗。全木结构的房间非常干燥，洗衣服的话居然挂一晚上全部变干。酒店自营的餐厅属于高档餐厅，即量少而贵的那种，所以我们没有去吃。 房间内没有吹风机，想去借，晚上前台也没有人工作，只能作罢。早餐比较单调，但可以请工作人员为你煎蛋，尤其是蔬菜很少。」

「I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The only downside was the lack of room service or evening dining options. To find a restaurant, you need to walk down to the lakes and then make your way back up a steep set of stairs, which takes around 20 minutes, depending on your fitness level. Taxis are also scarce in the area. While the location is beautiful, having your own vehicle would be ideal. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful during my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.」

「Wir waren am 31.12.2023 bis zum 01.01. zum Silvesterbankett im Karma Bavaria. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolles Personal, trotz großer Silvesterveranstaltung keine Anzeichen von Hektik o.ä. Alles lief Super professionell. 「Das Hotel liegt mitten in Kufstein und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Als Hotelgast kostet die Garage 15,-€ / Nacht. Es empfiehlt sich, direkt auf U2 zu parken, da die Zufahrt von U1 zu U2 mit einem Kombi sehr viel Rangierarbeit bedeutet. Von beiden Ebenen hat man direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, was uns gefallen hat. Das Frühstück fanden wir super und abwechslungsreich. 「The best breakfast of the 7 hotels that I stayed in. 10 minute walk to train station. Was given a guest card for the bus and other tourist attractions. Beautiful castle from the back window. Wonderful walking paths up the hill from the hotel.」

「Beautiful, scenic area and we couldn’t be happier with the Arabella! Our room was good sized and clean and we received a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast and restaurant options! Great food and lots of choices. I do wish there were more options of red wines by the glass though. The views of the lake around the hotel are amazing, highly recommend the walk around the lake. There’s also a great pool and spa area. 」

「Hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser man skal dog være opmærksom på at man skal parkere neden for bjerget og gå 2,5 km opad i en forholdsvis stejl stigning.. der var meget skiftende personale med ringe sprogkundskaber på engelsk og tysk samt en manager som var meget ubehjælpsom og ikke serviceminded.. vi boede 4 dage på et værelse hvor der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset hvor manageren ikke mente at han kunne nedlade sig til at tage sig af problemet og at vi bare skulle være glade for at der...
