「Within 25 yds of the property is a gas station with a food area, a subway and a connecting restaurant to the hotel」

「10 minute walk from the kelpies, what a find.」

「Clean & tidy room. Plenty parking space at front.. Cheerful and helpful services.」

「The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that.」

「環境優美，但房間略嫌舊，但整體不俗」

「糟糕的房间，冲淋房地漏堵漏住，顶上漏水，地漏散发出阵阵恶臭，床垫很差！」

「シャワーが弱い」

「We had thought we booked the room shown on the website but that was not what we got. It was very plain, the bathroom needed pairing and no wall pictures or anything and the beds were terrible. Staff tried a little giving us a discount on supper, but hardly making up for our disappointment of looking forward to staying in a Castle environment. Especially with the cost.」

「The staff were very helpful and it is a good location, however I was not aware when I booked that we would be staying in a “lower level” room next to the pub kitchen. There are upper level rooms but it wasn’t clear choice when booking」

「沒有清晰的泊車指引及接待處正門位置的地圖，只有在斜路的側門有前往接待處的指示牌，沒有駕車來的乘客要爬幾層樓梯才到達。很不方便。住宿、款待及餐飲十分滿意。　」

「This property was very well maintained, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. I left out any comment about mannas because we did not really see any to take advantage of per se. The hosts were very cordial.」

「Staff was friendly and helpful, will return」

「First time glamping and wasn’t disappointed at all. POD had everything you need and in immaculate condition and spotless . Hot tub a huge bonus.」
