「I stayed in the Helm Crag room which has fantastic views of the surrounding hills. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the shower superb. The whole room is immaculate and super clean. I didn’t want to leave! The owner was very welcoming and helpful and easy to contact if you have any queries. I would recommend highly. 」

However, they desperately need poo bag bins! It’s a great hotel for dogs and there were no restrictions, however there were no bins at all to put the poo bags which was very annoying. But apart from that no issues. 」

「Booked just one night as a last minute getaway. Stayed in the Penthouse which has a large blacony with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. The beams are low at the edges of the room but we are both tall and managed to avoid them :) I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again in the future.」
