No complaints except that I accidentally booked for 1 person instead of two and the fee was 40 extra euro per night (I thought he said it would be 40 euro total for my two nights, not 80 total) so there was a miscommunication."

"Terrible check-in experience. We were not given the room that we booked, and when we requested the correct room, they insisted that we were wrong. It was not until after we showed them pictures of the room displayed online multiple times that they finally gave us what we booked. Other than this, the overall stay was fine. Room was nice and breakfast was delicious."

The location was excellent - very close to Mirabell Palace and Gardens and within easy walking distance of Salzburg's main sights, while still being peaceful and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would happily return on a future trip to Salzburg, and would highly recommend this hotel to others."
