The property is terrible roaches are everywhere I sure would like a complimentary night or two for free

Locked down main office. Had to "check in" from outside. Exterior condition rather poor. Room was decent, but no coffee maker...and no coffee at the main office in the morning! Never have seen that before. Shower curtain pulling off the wall ...barely holding the curtain.

When you take a shower in the morning and only have a hand towel and wash cloth to use to dry your whole body.......and the office/front desk doesn't open until 930,,, figure out how the stay went!!

The staff was extremely rude upon check in and it was not necessary. We made an error in booking and the representative was hateful rather than helpful. We chose to find an alternative hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Four great nights at Knights Inn - super friendly staff, clean room, ample parking, great rate. Not fancy, but had everything I needed in a safe environment.

They had no electricity or water and continued to rent rooms ... I had to fight to get a refund !!!!

My room was not cleaned prior to my stay. The floors were dirty. The floor between the beds had some visible dirtiness from not being mopped. When I went to use the bathroom the front of the toilet had a visible brown smear down the front of it. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I got soap and a rag and wiped the area. It came clean and I freaked out. I immediately packed my room and went to report it to front desk. I took pictures and showed the staff. I returned the room key for a two night stay and I was only there two hours approximately. They refused to refund. I said I need the owner. He still hasn’t contacted me. My fiancé just had surgery in June and has one at the end of this month. We don’t need a health risk like a place that doesn’t even do a basic room clean prior to a customers stay.
