「Our concern has to be raised regarding our stay on 23 June 2026, during which we booked two Superior Rooms (317 and 319) and one Standard Room (310) for a group of 6 travellers. Despite paying 16% more for the Superior category, both Superior Rooms were smaller than the Standard Room and had poor views facing the opposite building’s wall. In contrast, the Standard Room was more spacious and offered an open view. This does not align with the expected higher grade implied by the “Superior”...

「One of my top 3 ever experiences!! Staff were excellent, balancing professionalism with warmth and friendliness! Staff really went above and beyond! I realized I left my sports coat in the wardrobe but had no way to return. I emailed, they found the coat, packaged and sent it on to an upcoming hotel all at no charge. Rooms were beautiful, property was well maintained, views were spectacular and food for both breakfast and dinner was excellent. We’ll be back to spend a couple of days on site!!...

「Location was fantastic and beautiful classic hotel with helpful staff. The pool/garden arrangement is odd and dated (and costs €30 a day if not included) not being able to access the promenade directly from the hotel was frustrating - a huge missed opportunity for them not to open all that up as restaurant/bar - I would flip the pool to the terrace! Anyway it was good and would go again」
