The hotel and the staff were quite good but your Hotel.com was worst to use. Had to pay extra for the room as your staff kept me hanging on the phone for 40 minutes and no answers. Worst site to book rooms. Never using it again.

Professional staff, excellent service (kitchen). Good rooms and good AC. Scope of improvement- Bathroom cleanliness, shower glass had had turned opaque due to water marks and corners were not clean.
