「The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!」

「The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building 」

「We stayed one night and were very impressed. Perfect accommodation in central Jerusalem. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. There is unfortunately no parking as stated on the property description but we managed to find and the corner. Communication was good but would have been better had we received the initial communication earlier as there is an online registration form to complete before getting check in instructions. Thanks for a great stay!!」

「Lots of construction across the street (May 2024). Noise level is very high. Property is clean and spacious. I could not figure out the air conditioning. So room was warm. Internet is weak. Equipped kitchen for cooking is a plus. Nice size shower with rain head. It is at a busy intersection. The management did not send a confirmation email so I had to call when I arrived to get entry information. No on-site reception. 「The apartment was clean and cozy. Nice completed kitchen had most things we need. Washer and dryer was a big bonus. Perfect location close to the centre city, right next to Mahane Yehuda market with quit a few good restaurants near by. The host was easy to contact via WhatsApp and allowed early to check-in. Everything about this accommodation was perfect and I would definitely book with them again when I return to Jerusalem.」

"no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still empty.."
