"I booked this studio apartment at Agate for 5 nights as it was near the airport for work. When I contacted the management two days before check in I was told there was a problem with the apartment and that I would be moved somewhere else, they would only tell me when I arrived in Marrakech. "Our 4 night trip to this special place exceeded all expectations . The accommodation and amenities are everything you would expect from a luxury hotel but what sets it apart are the staff . Everyone we spoke to from the Restaurant and Pool staff to the Managers were local people who live in the nearby villages and genuinely love where they work and how they are treated .They are happy to share their own stories and make it clear that they only want the guests to enjoy their experience . We were treated to a room upgrade with magical views . Little things- complimentary mini-bar , free water and ice creams around the pool are great touch’s . The planting throughout the hotel is incredible - we will definately be returning"

"We stayed here for 6 nights. Myself and 2 children aged 11 and 13 and we had a fantastic time. I felt very safe as there is security at the hotel entrance as you arrive. The rooms are a little outdated but immaculately clean and the cleaning staff done an amazing job even cleaning my daughter’s shoes when she walked in mud!!! My only downside was the shower water pressure was terrible but honestly it doesn’t take away from all the good things!! The pools are amazing. So many choices, slides, lounger available all day and close access to drinks and refreshments all day. The entertainment staff are super friendly and love getting you involved. We loved the water polo! The restaurant was amazing. The choice and range of food was outstanding and delicious. Possible the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The restaurant staff were outstanding. Special mention to Ouilid who looked after us every night and brought us drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. We also utilised the tour desk and booked a tour to the dessert. It took all the stress out of it was a really reasonable price for the three of us including private car. I would highly recommend here!"

"Mia has a great location, stunning views to the dessert, wonderful property, we spend 1 night and despite management was managing crisis due to full new staff, they did their best to overcome the challenge. We had the opportunity to meet with the Hotels Director and Food and Beverage Director that personally involved in the operation to assure customers were properly attended, they have amazing plans for the place, renovating rooms, dining area, pool bar, new cinema, wellness area if all of this gets implemented along with high quality service they are creating a very special place. I would love to return."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish."
